CONDITIONS:

- FREE access shall be given in order of priority to all secondary and tertiary teachers, to Form VI and university students from low income groups, to other students and to the public at large
- Access shall be given for an initial period of six months

- Failure to re-register would entail the deletion of all contents in subscribers Project Folders
